The health and safety of our valued members and staff has always been vitally important to us, but never more so than now. Rest assured, we’re doing everything possible to make certain that all our properties are safe, sanitary, and germ-free.
In fact, we’ve rolled out Seagate Safe, our comprehensive new property-wide program with more than 150 additional procedures that will provide you with the highest level of safety.
Seagate Safe represents our substantial commitment to protecting members, staff, and the surrounding community by implementing a broad range of safety precautions. From elevated sanitization standards, to on-site social distancing measures, Seagate Safe is our way of taking exceptionally good care of you so you can get back to enjoying your clubs. Our goal is for you to relax at your pool or play a round on the green carefree, knowing that you’re Seagate Safe.

Property Safety Upgrades
To ensure that our clubs provide a safe and hygienic environment, prior to reopening, the buildings underwent a full disinfection and sanitization, and each AC filter on the premises was changed. New electrostatic sprayers with hospitality-grade disinfectant will be used daily on all properties.
New Employee Procedures
All employees have been trained on our new procedures and Seagate Safe standards. Employees will be required to arrive at staggered times to maximize social distancing, wear masks and gloves while in the workplace, wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before putting on new gloves and masks, and change gloves frequently after handling members’ items or service materials.
We’ve reduced capacity in all of our dining venues, and spaced tables to allow for social distancing both indoors and outdoors. Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each use, and cash transactions will be limited. In dining areas, menus and condiments will be single-use and silverware will be rolled for sanitation reasons.
All food and beverage employees have been trained on the “Serve Safe” curriculum. Every vendor must follow CDC procedures.
Indoor fitness classes will resume on Thursday, June 25 in the Ballroom. Below are the required precautions that we would appreciate all members follow to ensure the safety of themselves and our staff.
